Instructions
- Prepare the Rice: If you haven't done so already, cook the rice according to package instructions. Set aside.
- Cook the Beef: In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add Aromatics: Add the diced onion, minced garlic, and minced ginger to the skillet. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onion becomes translucent.
- Incorporate Vegetables: Add the sliced bell pepper and julienned carrot to the skillet. Stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Season the Mixture: Stir in the soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for another minute to combine the flavors.
- Assemble the Bowls: Divide the cooked rice among serving bowls. Top each bowl with the spicy beef and vegetable mixture.
- Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle sliced green onions and sesame seeds over each bowl for garnish. Serve immediately and enjoy!
